The students’ personalities at the elementary school start to develop and shape. NCES goal is to guide each student on the track to explore their true potential, while ensuring students' understanding of their own qualities and skills, and their capacity to cultivate these skills. This goal is achieved through both academic and non-academic activities that take place in a safe social environment where students can express themselves and have long lasting relationships with their colleagues.
